| Hiking and cycling |
Follow one of the many signed routes that go via Narbay. Still hesitating, then take the one that leads you to St Barthélémy belvédère : there a breath taking view of the Pyrenees awaits you. |

| The Orx marshland, bird's sanctuary |
8 kms away is a famous bird's sanctuary, where bird's migrate to in winter, it is on the first plan on the european scale. Don't forget your binoculars , you will observe different birds in different seasons. Fom november you will observe the cranes flying over the house, in the day time they feed by the Adour. |

| The Adour, a main river |
On the right of the Adour, make the most of the "halage" path walking or cycling, you will discover the"porte à flots" built by the Dutch in the 16th and 17th century to regulatethe level of the water on te barthes( damp grounds on the border of the Adour).
Or even Urt's bridge designed by Gustave Eiffel: simply a romantic discovery along the river.

You can with a bit of luck, observe a game of galeta on the "fronton"(special wall to play the local game). Go via the workshop of the only landais artisans that makes the pelote on the mairie square. |
