Can we arrive late in the evening?
Of course. Late arrivals can be arranged. Simply let us know in advance so we can welcome you comfortably.
Is breakfast included?
For guest room stays, homemade breakfast is included and served each morning with fresh, local products.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes, private parking is available on the property, accommodating up to 6 vehicles for the house and 2 for the cottage. The gates are secured at night.
Is it possible to stay without a car?
It is possible, but to fully enjoy the beaches, golf courses, villages and restaurants nearby, we recommend having a car.
Are there restaurants nearby?
Several excellent restaurants are just a few minutes away by car. We are always happy to share our favourite spots.
Are the rooms located on the same level?
In the guest house, three rooms are on the ground floor and three upstairs. The cottage includes one bedroom on the ground floor and two upstairs. Let us know your preference when booking.
Are pets allowed?
To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the property, pets are not permitted.
Is the swimming pool open all year round?
The swimming pool is open from early May to late September and is available to house renters and guest room guests. It is not heated.
How do I book?
Bookings are made directly with us by email or phone. We respond promptly to confirm availability and help organise your stay.
Is Wi-Fi available?
The house and cottage are equipped with fiber internet. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
What time is check-out?
For house or cottage rentals, check-out is at 10 am. For guest rooms, it is by 11 am. We remain flexible whenever possible.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Outdoor areas are available for this purpose.
Are the availabilities shown on the website automatically confirmed?
No. The availabilities shown are indicative and updated once a day. We always confirm the dates directly with you before booking.
Do you offer a Maison Narbay gift voucher?
Yes. The gift voucher is personalised, with the number of nights agreed together, a homemade aperitif offered and breakfast for 2 included. Validity and dates are confirmed when requesting.
How does the winter offer work?
In February, March, October, November and December, the offer gives you 3 consecutive nights for the price of 2, from Monday evening to Thursday evening, with breakfast for 2 included, at €190 instead of €285. It is subject to availability.
What is included in the business stopover?
The business stopover is offered at €105 per night, from Monday evening to Thursday evening subject to availability. It includes a comfortable room, Wi-Fi, secure parking, breakfast, an invoice and a package with dinner and breakfast.
Can we build a tailor-made stay?
Yes. Maison Narbay can help organise a stay of at least 2 nights with experiences between Landes and the Basque Country: business seminar, surf, cycling, hiking, gourmet restaurants or horse riding. Contact us so we can build your stay together.
